Police have identified the man accused of pushing a 60-year-old man to the ground and stealing his wallet.
The West York Borough Police Department announced that Adonis Pastrana-Dominguez, 22, of Mexico, had been arrested.
In addition to the robbery charges, police stated the man will be kept on an immigration detainer owing to his “‘undocumented’ status.”…
