West Manchester home needs to be ‘torn down to the studs’ after 3-alarm fire displaces 12

YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Family of the displaced victims from the West Manchester fire that reignited Friday are asking the public for help—as those without a home continue to pick up the pieces.

In a post made on Facebook, a family member stated her mother-in-law lived in the house that was engulfed in flames on North Diamond Street Thursday night.
