Person recovered from Susquehanna River amid flash flooding in Dauphin County: dispatch

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — One person has been recovered after a water rescue at the Susquehanna River in Dauphin County, dispatchers confirm.

The rescue was reported around 5:34p.m. at the Susquehanna River near City Island. The individual can be seen barely staying above the fast moving water.
