CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Pennsylvania man is behind bars after police say he used an orthopedic book to break the glass to his Cumberland County Prison holding cell.
John Manning, 34, of Indiana, was charged with one count of institutional vandalism following the incident one June 30, according to the Middlesex Township Police Department.
