Officials warn of dangerous water conditions after Fourth of July packed with rescues

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — After a series of Fourth of July rescues, officials sent a warning to those looking to hit the Midstate’s waterways.

Harrisburg River Rescue and Emergency Services said recent storms and flooding have left rivers and creeks unsafe.
