KULPMONT, Pa. (WHTM) — A traveling Vietnam Memorial Wall is in central Pennsylvania this weekend.
It’s a small-scale version of the Vietnam Memorial in Washington, D.C. and is six feet tall and almost 300 feet end-to-end.
