Harrisburg, PA — Multiple water rescues happened over the fourth of July weekend in Central Pennsylvania. CBS 21’s Alex Thill spent Saturday talking with people about how to stay safe on the water this summer.
Creeks have been below flood levels since storm damage receded earlier this week, but the water can still be dangerous. Officials said although it might look like perfect boating weather, the floating debris and rushing water still make for hazards when participating in water activities.
