DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A grieving grandmother and her family are still heartbroken after four years with no answers in the 2021 killing of 20-year-old Daquan Phillips in Harrisburg.
Daquan’s grandmother, Patricia Reitzi, told CBS 21 that city police are taking too long locating the men tied to the homicide.
