YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A large police presence was seen surrounding an apartment building in Fairview Township, and CBS 21 saw two people being escorted out in handcuffs.
Videos from locals in the area show SWAT teams, state troopers, a Pennsylvania State Police helicopter, and Fairview Township police officers responding to a scene on Tuesday afternoon.
