Prosecutors have dropped rape charges against a pardoned Jan. 6 defendant from York County after being unable to reach his accuser, according to court documents.
Fairview Township Police charged Joseph Pastucci, 51, of New Cumberland, with raping a New Cumberland woman in the summer of 2023.
