HARRISBURG, Pa. — A Mexican national has been indicted by a federal grand jury for illegally re-entering the United States after he was found in Lebanon County last month, prosecutors said Thursday.
Leonardo Mendoza-Zavala, 44, was found in Lebanon County on June 21, after having been previously removed from the U.S. in January 2020 through Laredo, Texas, according to Acting U.S. Attorney John C. Gurganus.
The case was investigated by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Removal, Gurganus said. Assistant U.S. Attorney Scott R. Ford is prosecuting the case…
