Harrisburg Man Sentenced For Methamphetamine Trafficking

HARRISBURG, NJ.- Last week, a 21-year-old Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, man, and a local drug peddler learned he would be spending the next decade in federal prison after being sentenced for trafficking methamphetamine within the City of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

According to Acting U.S. Attorney John C. Gurganus, on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, Muhammad Adnan, 21, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, appeared in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and was sentenced by Senior U.S. District Court Judge Malachy E. Mannion to 120 months in federal prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release for his guilty plea to a federal drug trafficking offense.

According To Court Documents

According to court documents, Adnan was indicted along with three codefendants by a Federal Grand Jury for the Middle District of Pennsylvania on multiple drug trafficking counts for distributing 50 grams or more of methamphetamine on multiple occasions beginning in November 2023 and lasting through February 2024, within Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and elsewhere…
