Police arrest man allegedly linked to thefts across Lancaster, Dauphin, York counties

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Bainbridge man is behind bars after he was allegedly found to have metals reported stolen from three different counties, police announced.

Timothy Costello, 55, was arrested June 20 by Susquehanna Regional Police following the execution of a search warrant in the 200 block of North Second Street in Conoy Township.
