Haitian Man Faces Charges for Damaging York County ICE Office

A Haitian national, Guerdison Printus, aged 27, has been charged with destruction of government property after allegedly causing damage to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) office in York County, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred on June 25, 2025, when Printus reportedly tampered with a sprinkler system, resulting in water damage exceeding $1,000.

According to the Department of Justice, Printus faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison if convicted. The charges were announced by the United States Attorney for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, following an investigation conducted by ICE.
