HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — A struggling downtown Harrisburg has some good news today.
Local leaders announced a new 55-and-older rental community on Market Street in Harrisburg. Less than a block from the river downtown, it’s going into a renovated building that dates back to the 1890s, originally known as the Harrisburg Board of Trade.
