CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A suspect has been arrested and charged in connection to a 2024 shots fired incident in Carlisle.
Jarvaris Griffin, 20, is facing multiple charges including aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, illegal possession of a firearm and firing into an occupied structure.
