Man who killed rival, bystander over pot deals caught with synthetic pot in DCP: police

Officials filed new charges against a man convicted of killing men in Harrisburg after they found burnt wicks, a broken tablet battery and small pieces of paper that tested positive for synthetic marijuana in his Dauphin County cell, according to court records.

Jeremy Bailey, 37, was charged with a second-degree felony for possessing a controlled substance after a March 13 search of his cell. Charges were filed July 29 after testing confirmed the presence of illegal drugs.
