SPRING GROVE, Pa. — York County Regional Police are searching for a man who placed two skimming devices inside of a Rutter’s Convenience Store back in June, according to police report.
At about 8:45 a.m. on June 25, a man walked into the Rutter’s in Spring Grove Borough and attached a skimming device on to two separate ATM machines, police said.
These devices collected and copied personal credit card and bank account information from unsuspecting users…
