New home built on blighted property in Cumberland County

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Tonight’s hometown heroes put new homes within reach of ownership.

Tri-County Housing cut the ribbon on a new home on Herman Avenue in Lemoyne today. The nonprofit built the home on an empty plot where a blighted home once stood. The home was sold to a low-to-moderate income family for $165,000.

Tri-County Housing made sure the price was right.
