Central Pa. man fired gun from car, tried to kill relative who took weapon away: police

Police charged a 24-year-old man after they say he shot multiple gunshots into the air while driving in Lancaster and later tried to shoot a relative who took his gun away.

Rodrigo Valdez-Martinez, of Lebanon County, pointed the gun at his relative’s torso and pulled the trigger, but the gun was out of bullets at that point, police said.

Police charged Valdez-Martinez with attempted homicide, aggravated assault and six counts of reckless endangerment…
