Two people arrested after Dauphin County stand-off

MIDDLETOWN, Pa. (WHTM) – A Dauphin County man was taken into custody after a stand-off with police on Thursday night.

Middletown Borough Police say on July 31 at 5:30 p.m., an officer observed a man wanted for aggravated assault. Police say the man, identified as Casey Williams of Middletown, fled into a residence on the 500 block of Highland Ave and barricaded himself in the basement.
