Large fire destroys belongings at Harrisburg homeless encampment

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — A large fire destroyed a man’s belongings Tuesday at a homeless encampment in Harrisburg.

Harrisburg Bureau of Fire responded around 4:50 p.m. to a fire at the encampment, which is located near PennDOT’s Riverfront Office.
