HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — The Harrisburg Bureau of Police is turning the lights on safety.
The city is offering a free outdoor ceiling light to eligible residents. It’s an effort to increase lighting and safety in the community.
To qualify you must:
- Not live in public housing;
- Already have an outdoor fixture installed on a front or back porch;
- Be a Harrisburg resident;
