DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — The Penn State Harrisburg community is mourning the death of a student whose body was found in the Susquehanna River a week ago.
The Dauphin County Coroner’s Office told CBS 21 the 21-year-old student’s cause of death was freshwater drowning, and her manner of death was ruled a suicide.
