Middletown Police arrested and jailed the man they say shot another man at the Oxford Valley Mall bus stop in June.
Shannon James Lewis, 33, of Philadelphia, is charged with aggravated assault and related offenses in connection with a shooting that occurred on June 19, 2025, at the Oxford Valley Mall.
