A York County woman is accused of stealing nearly $100,000 while she was employed at a construction company and used the money for her Lancaster County restaurant, according to court documents.
Kathryn Khuc, 44, was charged with 30 felony counts of theft, receiving stolen property and knowledge that property is proceeds of illegal act, according to court documents filed by Pennsylvania State Police.
Police said Khuc, who was a 12-year employee at Kinsley construction company, took $95,583.51 from her job between April and December 2024, using the proceeds for the Sai Gon Cafe in Lancaster County, a Vietnamese restaurant her family owns…
