Attention wing lovers: The Central PA Wing Madness Competition is making a return.
The competition will run 1-5 p.m. Aug. 23 at FNB Field on City Island in Harrisburg, pitting dozens of central Pennsylvania restaurants against each other to determine who cooks the best.
Restaurants will compete for the titles of best overall wing, best dry rub and most original, among others. Teams of judges will do blind tests to award “judge’s choice,” “hottest” and “best dessert or fruit” wings…
