Elevators out at Dauphin County apartment building after fire; crews working to fix issue

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)– The elevators in a Swatara Township building have been out for days, causing a major headache for residents who can not use the stairs.

The Housing Authority of Dauphin County says there was a fire on Thursday at Hoy Towers on Mohn Street. As a result, the sprinkler system flooded and short-circuited the elevators.
