Parents will now be cited if kids found on Harrisburg streets past curfew, mayor says

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — Juvenile gang members with guns, teens passed out drunk in the street, kids standing on cars—that’s the image city officials painted while talking about unruly minors out late in downtown Harrisburg.

Starting Friday night, police will issue citation to parents of juveniles found on Harrisburg streets after the 11 p.m. curfew, Mayor Wanda Williams said during a press conference about curfew enforcement.
