HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — So far this year, downtown Harrisburg has seen the closure of five restaurants—and some believe the closures, along with a need for more police on the streets, is to blame for dwindling foot traffic downtown.
In the past eight months, the city has said goodbye to Tacos Amigos, Home 231, Masa, Old Town Delicatessen, and most recently, the Arooga’s on 2nd Street.
