Mechanicsburg man was allegedly texting before hit-and-run crash in Cumberland County

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Mechanicsburg man has been charged after police say he was texting before a hit-and-run crash in Cumberland County, according to Camp Hill Police.

On Aug. 4, officers were dispatched to the area of Market Street and S. 32nd Street around 9:08p.m. on reports of a hit-and-run crash.
