DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — The deadline for the homeless community to leave Harrisburg’s “Tent City” encampment has been pushed back again.
New signs put up by PennDOT said the deadline to vacate the area due to the I-83 expansion project is now Sept. 22.
People living in the encampment told CBS 21 at the beginning of the month the deadline was Aug. 15. Then, there were rumors it was moved to the end of the month. The signs detail the first official date provided by PennDOT itself…
