HARRISBURG, Pa. — A Harrisburg man was sentenced to prison after escaping from federal custody.
According to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Kyle Gordon, 37, was sentenced to 12 months and one day in prison followed by three years on supervised release by United States District Judge Karoline Mehalchick.
Acting United States Attorney John C. Gurganus said that Gordon was a federal inmate at the Capital Pavilion Residential Reentry Center in Dauphin County, where he was serving a sentence for narcotics and firearms offenses.
