A PENNSYLVANIA golf course has been sold with plans to develop the site into a data center.

The Dauphin Highlands golf course in Harrisburg, PA has been sold for a fee of $45.6million, per reports from Local 21.

The Dauphin County General Authority (DCGA) has been looking to divest from non-performing assets in recent years.
