Dauphin County man charged in alleged attack that left victim unconscious

HARRISBURG, Pa. — A Dauphin County man has been charged with aggravated assault after police say he attacked another resident of a Lower Swatara Township motel earlier this month, knocking the victim unconscious.

Christopher M. Ashby, 53, of Middletown, allegedly struck the victim in the face and head 14 times, including seven punches when the victim was already unresponsive, according to Lower Swatara Township Police.
