YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — State police are investigating allegations of a teacher harming a child at the Delta Christian Academy back in late July.
The boy’s mother, Kelsi Justice, took to Facebook to post about the incident, saying her son told her his daycare teacher hurt him because he “wasn’t listening” on July 30.
