HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — An employee for the City of Harrisburg is recovering after he was hit by a van that rammed into a crowdat the city’s annual Kipona Festival.
The crash, which happened Monday, sent three people to the hospital: a city public workers employee, a 6-year-old boy, and a well-known area photographer.
On Thursday, city officials told CBS 21 the employee suffered a “severely sprained” arm and shoulder. City spokesperson Mischelle Moyer said he would find out Friday, after some of the swelling has subsided, if his arm is broken…
