COLUMBIA, Pa. (WHTM) – Federal, State, and local Emergency Responder agencies will be conducting a train derailment exercise in and around Columbia today, Saturday, September 6.
Columbia Borough Police say the public may see increased first responder activity around the rail line, in the Columbia River Park, and on the Susquehanna River.
