52-year-old man ID’d as motorcyclist killed in central Pa. crash

A 52-year-old man died last week after he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed while traveling along a bend in a Lancaster County road, authorities said.

Dennis Kemmick, of Columbia, crashed around 9:20 p.m. on Sept. 2 on the 400 block of South Chiques Road in East Hempfield Township, according to the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office.

East Hempfield police said Kemmick was found dead on the side of the road and had not been wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. He’d been driving east on South Chiques Road, police said…
