York County man accused of impersonating U.S. Marshal

YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Two people were allegedly harassed by a Red Lion man who was posing as a member of law enforcement conducting an investigation, according to police.

Dennis Moore II, 57, faces charges that include two misdemeanor counts of impersonating a public servant after allegedly posing as a U.S. Marshal last month, court documents filed by York County Regional Police show.
