CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — The Camp Hill Police Department announced officers arrested a fugitive out of Virginia on Sunday.
According to the Camp Hill Police Department, at 1:05 a.m. on September 14, officers encountered a suspicious person in Seibert Park.
