Owens & Minor Halyard, Inc, located at 500 Independence Avenue, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055, has filed a WARN notice with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. A Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act message, or WARN, must be filed at least 60 days before the conduction of a total plant closure or mass layoffs. Employers with 100 or more employees are generally covered by WARN.
