In response to a recent tragic shooting that claimed the lives of three police officers and injured two others in York County, Pennsylvania, convenience-store retailer Rutter’s is supporting affected law enforcement families through the Honor Their Service Fund.
The Honor Their Service Fund is a community-based charity established in York County to provide support to the families of fallen and injured law enforcement personnel.
As of Sept. 15, the convenience-store chain has been facilitating donations for the Honor Their Service Fund by placing donation canisters at all of its York County locations. This fund, administered through The York County Safety Collaborative in collaboration with local law enforcement agencies and their officers’ and deputies’ associations, provides both immediate assistance and long-term support to those most affected by this tragedy…
