Dauphin County Commissioner must do community service, ARD program after DUI crash

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa (WHP) — Dauphin County Commissioner George Hartwick will have to do community service and probation as part of a court-mandated rehabilitation program that will expunge his DUI charge from his record.

The ruling was made during a court hearing for Hartwick on Tuesday, where he was told he could enter the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program—an option primarily offered to first time criminal offenders.
