LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Police in Lancaster County are investigating a ‘shots fired’ incident that happened early Sunday morning.
Officers said they arrived to the area of South Third Street and Union Street in Columbia around 4:40 a.m. and found five spent casings, and video of the shooting.
