A Carlisle man, Tyreese Marshall, aged 37, faces multiple charges after allegedly assaulting two children at a residence on West Penn Street. The incident occurred on Saturday (October 11) around 4 p.m., when police responded to a report of a fight. Upon arrival, officers discovered that Marshall had physically assaulted the juveniles and was subsequently forced out of the home by its owners.
