YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) β Police asked two Carroll Township neighborhoods to shelter in place Monday night.
The Carroll Township Police Department issued its first shelter in place shortly before 7 p.m. to residents in the area of Chestnut Grove Road and South Fileys Road, where officers were searching for a wanted person who fled on foot. The department lifted it after about an hour.
Several hours later, police asked residents in the area of the 100 block of South York Road to shelter in place βfor a suspicious person in relation to the earlier incident.β
