DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — The woman who was hit by a van at the Harrisburg Kipona Festival on Sept. 1 is out of her hospital bed and getting around independently.
“I am doing amazingly well, and God has seriously healed me. They said I had a broken fracture of the vertebrae in my neck and a couple of weeks later, I went back to my appointment, and they said there is nothing in your neck,” Morgan Smoker said.
Doctors said it would take three to four months to heal, but it miraculously took less than two. “First I was in the hospital for four days and after I got home, I just stayed in my bed,” Morgan explained…
