YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — The suspect in the fatal shooting of 17-year-old Giovaughni Runningbear was arrested Monday, according to court documents.
Tymir Williams, 17, is accused of fatally shooting Runningbear following an incident in York city on October 3.
