17-year-old boy wanted for killing York County teen surrenders to police

A 17-year-old boy wanted for fatally shooting another teen in York County turned himself in this week, according to police.

Tymir Williams, with his legal representative, on Monday surrendered to police and was taken to the York County Prison for arraignment.

Investigators issued an arrest warrant for Williams after officers around 1 a.m. Oct. 3 found Giovaughni Runningbear, 17, of York City, with a gunshot wound on the 400 block of West Princess Street…
